This course is open to juniors and seniors who feel they may have an interest in any phase of the Criminal Justice system. Student will become familiar with Federal, State, and Local Laws. They will also have the opportunity to practice hands-on law enforcement procedures. Another major benefit of being in Criminal Justice are the guest speakers from all phases of the Criminal Justice system. Second year students have the privledge of participating in 5 interships at various Criminal Justice agencies.

The primary emphasis of all classroom activities is to develope within each student an understadning of professional behavior and ethics, and the ability to adequately cope with personal and professional responsibilities. It is to give each student an overview of all aspects of Criminal Justice, from a career in Police Work to Probation.
