I’m a Senior Crisis Intervention Specialist. I help regulate students that are dysregulated — in moments where there’s emotional deregulation — and help get them back to baseline so they can go back into their classroom.

The challenge is that you’re sometimes dealing with a student’s worst days. The reward is being that calm space in their worst moments… and knowing you helped them get back to where they’re able to function.”
