“I’m taking math, English, and science. Math is my favorite. It feels good taking classes on a college campus. Sometimes I’m in bigger classes, and I like that.

I also help out with the basketball team. At practice we stretch, then do shooting and drills. I like dribbling the most. We huddle up before practice and work on different things.

I go to the games too. I like watching them and when they score a lot of points and win. That’s the most exciting part.

I have an internship at the workout center on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Outside of school, I do unified sports like basketball, bowling, swimming, and softball. Basketball and swimming are my favorites.

I like being here and doing both—going to classes and being part of the team.”
