The Instrument Supplies Bid (GVBOCES #2221) is now available. Please find the PDF below.
New this year: Vendors submitting bids by mail or hand delivered are required to include the GVBOCES “Vendor Bid Response” Excel file on a flash drive.
To obtain the Vendor Bid Response Excel file, vendors may:
· Download the file from BidNet Direct, or
· Email Christine Ceru at cceru@gvboces.org to request the file.
GV BOCES will provide a flash drive to any vendor who requests one; vendors may also choose to use their own flash drive. All flash drives must be labeled with bid name/company name and submitted with the sealed bid documents.
