New York State pays for the costs of most literacy services and most individuals qualify. If individuals do not qualify for free literacy services, the following rates apply:

• A $14 per hour or $250 per month rate for literacy services (ABE, GED Classes),

• All students are charged a one-time materials fee of $50.00
