Meet Jesse: Jesse is an aspiring professional in the Collision Repair field from Geneseo Central School District. Jesse has dedicated his time at BOCES in the Auto Body CTE class to prepare for his chosen career, and plans to work as much as possible to achieve his goals.


Meet Kaida! Kaida is a Conservation student from Dansville Central School District. Kaida plans to obtain a CDL and move out of state to pursue a career in operating heavy equipment.

Meet Cadence! Cadence is from Wayland-Cohocton School District, and is a recent graduate of the esthetics program within cosmetology. Future plans include attending GCC for social sciences in psychology and sociology, with aspirations to become a social worker. Meanwhile, she'll be pursuing her passion for esthetics in a salon or during her free time until she completes college.

🎉 Exciting News! The School Improvement Team took to the road this month to proudly launch the inaugural ‘Civi’ Awards to celebrate the outstanding civic contributions of students in the Genesee Valley BOCES region! 🌟
The 'Civi' Awards are designed to recognize students engaged in the New York State Seal of Civic Readiness and who demonstrate exceptional qualities of informed citizenship, meaningful action, and community impact. Students were recognized by the School Improvement Team at their district award nights surrounded by their community.
This year, seven students from four different districts received awards, honoring their remarkable efforts in various civic domains.

Meet Levi! After graduation, he will be joining JRH Construction, where he'll focus on foundation work, house lifting, and house moving. Wishing him great success in his new role!


Meet Molly! Molly is from Attica Central School and was part of the Graphic Design program at GV BOCES. After graduation she plants to attend SUNY Geneseo for chemistry in hopes to become a high school educator. She is open to doing small graphic design projects in the future such as poster design or advertising.

Parents and caregivers are encouraged to print out Mrs. Terry's summer activity suggestions and explore them with their children. From local events to outdoor adventures, these activities are designed to keep young minds active and eager to learn throughout the summer months. Mrs. Terry's thoughtful initiative demonstrates her commitment to her students' development and well-being beyond the classroom, enriching the community with her generosity and educational expertise.
